Dr. Pascal Storck is an internationally recognized expert on renewable energy and has more than 20 years of experience in helping customers all over the globe understand and predict weather impacts on renewable energy projects. Pascal’s career started at the early days of 3TIER where he helped to develop the companies advanced renewable energy forecasting and assessment technologies. Pascal currently leads the renewable energy digital services business at Vaisala, which acquired 3TIER in 2013. Pascal earned his Ph.D. from the University of Washington in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
