An energy data, analytics, and information expert, Elliott has worked in wholesale and retail energy for over 15 years in operational, technical, and product roles. As Amperon's VP of Markets and Technical Services, Elliott leads a team of domain experts who deliver critical market analysis, monitor forecast accuracy, and integrate market data and rules into Amperon’s models. Previously, Elliott held the dual role of Vice President of Pricing and Operations for TrueLight Energy LLC and Director of Analytics for TrueLight Energy Fund.

Laura Read - Head of Product Strategy, HydroForecast at Upstream Tech

Laura is the Product Manager for HydroForecast, helping to develop the product strategy and processes to continue growing our system and team. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Project Scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research on a hydrologic model development team. She brings expertise in hydrologic sciences and statistics, project management, technical writing, and client communication. Laura holds a Ph.D. from Tufts University in Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Water Diplomacy program, as well as a M.S.E. from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Puget Sound.
