Over the past three years, our team has been working closely with The Nature Conservancy - California through funding from the CA Wildlife Conservation Board to produce 20 year daily predictions for natural and regulated flow for every single river reach in all of California!

The American Geophysical Union (AGU) annual conference from December 9 - 13, 2025 in Washington, D.C. We will be presenting a poster titled “Increasing the Accuracy and Resilience of Streamflow Forecasts through Data Augmentation and High Resolution Weather Inputs.” We’ll highlight how the latest version of HydroForecast Short-term (ST-3) combines data augmentation with a robust model architecture to provide state-of-the-art near-term hydrological forecasts.
We’ll also be at this year’s American Meteorological Society annual meeting, taking place in New Orleans from January 12 - 16, 2025.
Our CTO, Alden Keefe Sampson, will be presenting on “Fast, Easy, Open: Sustaining Live Updating, Analysis Ready, Cloud Optimized Weather Data Archives” where he will discuss the details of dynamical.org, “an open data effort to create and sustain analysis-ready, cloud optimized (ARCO) weather datasets.”
