Pragya Tandon is the Vice President of Finance at Upstream. With over a decade of experience in FP&A, Operations Finance, and Revenue Operations within the SaaS and tech industries, she has played pivotal roles in two successful exits at ClearVoice and Delphix. At ClearVoice, Pragya helped prepare the company for acquisition and IPO readiness after it was acquired by Fiverr, ensuring a smooth transition and strong financial foundation. She is known for her ability to develop comprehensive financial models, streamline processes, and drive strategic insights to help organizations achieve their financial goals. Pragya holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring the world with her husband and two sons.
