As the Business & People Operations Associate for Upstream Kate works to keep things running smoothly across the company. She is committed to building and supporting positive, productive, and inclusive workplaces. Before joining the team, Kate ran Human Resources and Administration for Aeronaut Brewing Company and previously was the director of the independent co–working space Industry Lab. She lives in Somerville, Massachusetts with her partner and their two cats. When she’s not working you can find her reading a good book or helping to build a better world – both IRL and in The Sims 4.
