Alan uses his expertise in hydrology and project management to ensure customers get the best possible experience from HydroForecast. Prior to Upstream Tech, Alan worked as a hydrogeologist and an environmental scientist at organizations including the Texas Water Development Board and the City of Austin Watershed Protection Department. He holds a BS in Hydrogeology from the University of Texas at Austin and an MSC in Environmental Sciences from the Universidad de Malaga.
